5.1. Marketer shall earn a forty percent (40%) commission on sales of any Products sold through the Link, and Marketer shall earn an additional five percent (5%) commission on sales of any Product sold through a Sub-Marketer’s Link, except that Fundraising Coach is not responsible, and shall not be required to make commission payments to Marketer, in the event that said cookies are lost or destroyed in any manner, including but not limited to a user’s clearing of the cache or cookies on their web browser.
Google must certainly be planning to swallow up the entire travel industry, and Google Trips seems to be the sneaky first step to consolidating everything you need in one (ad-serving) place. Right now it’s mostly based on submitted content and consolidation of travel tips/guides/maps, but expect the features to get more comprehensive as Google continues to find ways to take our money.
Upon the execution of this Agreement, Company shall provide copies of its end user license agreements to MA. MA shall promptly review such agreements and advise Company as to what revisions, if any, should be made to the end user license agreements for resale in the Territory set forth in Schedule A to ensure that the agreements comply with requirements of local law in the Territory, and that Company has protection concerning proprietary rights, warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability under such local and federal laws of the U.S.
You further represent and warrant that: (i) you will ensure that you are compliant with any trade or regulatory requirements that may apply to your participation in the Affiliate Program (for example, by clearly stating you are a HubSpot Affiliate on any website(s) you own where you make an Affiliate Link available); (ii) you will accurately provide in the Affiliate Tool all websites and domains you own where you intend to use Affiliate Links to generate Affiliate Leads; (iii) you will not purchase ads that direct to your site(s) or through an Affiliate Link that could be considered as competing with HubSpot’s own advertising, including, but not limited to, our branded keywords; (iv) you will not participate in cookie stuffing or pop-ups, false or misleading links are strictly prohibited; (v) you will not attempt to mask the referring URL information; (vi) you will not use your own Affiliate Link to purchase HubSpot products for yourself.

1.4. Marketer shall post in a conspicuous manner on its website a privacy policy that clearly and adequately describes how consumer information is collected and used. Said privacy policy must fully an accurately disclose your use of third-party technology, use of cookies and options for discontinuing use of such cookies. Failure to have and maintain a privacy policy may result in termination of this Agreement.
Ticketfly does not accept responsibility for customers who may delete or otherwise not accept cookies used to track return visits to the Ticketfly Site and cannot be held to honor Referral Fees for such untracked return visits. Ticketfly will not pay Referral Fees for any items other tickets purchased in Qualified Transactions (as defined in this Agreement). This means that Ticketfly will not pay you for transactions that, among other things, result from a link directly to Ticketfly.com from any Internet site other than your Site, such as from a Sponsored Link as set forth in Section 14 of this Agreement. This also means that you will not be entitled to Referral Fees for tickets sold that are ultimately returned or refunded.
As an affiliate, your marketing efforts may be for nothing if you don’t clearly understand the payment structure of your affiliate marketing agreement.  Before you jump on board, make sure the agreement specifies when, how, and why you’ll be compensated for your advertising efforts. As a merchant, a clear payment plan will ensure that your affiliates are fairly compensated, and could prevent a load of litigation down the road.
Ticketfly will pay Affiliate the Referral Fees on a rolling basis through the Shareasale Network, on the 20th of each month following a qualified transaction. Ticketfly pays Shareasale for the Referral Fees earned on Qualified Transactions that were purchased during the month, less any taxes that Ticketfly is required by law to withhold. Shareasale disburses the Affiliate’s commission payments. Affiliate may track the number of Qualified Transactions and associate Referral Fees through Shareasale’s Affiliate Reporting interface. Ticketfly does not make any guarantee of a minimum amount of business or that Affiliate will earn any amount of Referral Fees under this Agreement.
Apps are critical these days, but they can also be tricky to handle. Although getting a potential customer to download an app allows for a multitude of other mobile marketing options, such as the use of push notifications and the offering of deals through the app, getting customers to actually commit to devoting space on their devices to your app is one of the biggest challenges.
Your acceptance and participation in the Affiliate Program does not mean that you will be accepted into any of our HubSpot Partner Programs, including our Sales Solutions Partner Program, Sales Referral Partner Program or our Agency Partner Program. In order to participate in these programs, you will need to apply in accordance with the relevant application procedure.
The API — which is available by application only — is also an interesting twist. Up to now, the company has not offered a widely-usable API for third parties to integrate its listings. What you can see if you look around is that developers and others have come up with alternative ways, such as using a man in the middle proxy or scraping the site, to get API-like information. (Using a technique like scraping is a violation of Airbnb’s Terms of Service.)
The Affiliate marketing concept is simple: Brands hire affiliates, who may be bloggers, publishers, or other companies, to promote a product or service using their own blogs, websites, or social media channels. Affiliates are paid a share of any sales or a commission resulting from their efforts. Compensation for affiliates may also take the form of incentives, discounts, one-time offers, or giveaways.

For the purposes of this Agreement, “Link(s)” means the code that Ticketfly makes available to Affiliate that is used for linking from your Site to web pages on Ticketfly.com, and may include banners, text, search boxes, buttons, or other graphics or devices. All Links used in the Program shall be served by the Shareasale Network. Ticketfly may, in its sole discretion, consider written requests to use other serving mechanisms, on a case by case basis. Affiliate shall not modify the Links in any way. Ticketfly will not be responsible for errors that occur in the tracking of transactions if Affiliate has made or caused any such modification.


9.1. Company grants to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to (i) access our site through HTML links solely in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and (ii) solely in connection with such links, to use our logos, trade names, trademarks, and similar identifying material (collectively, the "Licensed Materials") that we provide to you or authorize for such purpose. You are only entitled to use the Licensed Materials to the extent that you are a member in good standing of AWeber's Affiliate Program. You agree that all uses of the Licensed Materials will be on behalf of AWeber and the goodwill associated therewith (including any data derived from the Program) will inure to the sole benefit of AWeber.

During the term of this Agreement, in the event that we make our trademark available to you within the Affiliate Tool, you may use our trademark as long as you follow the usage requirements in this section.  You must: (i) only use the images of our trademark that we make available to you, without altering them in any way; (ii) only use our trademarks in connection with the Affiliate Program and this Agreement; and (iii) immediately comply if we request that you discontinue use.  You must not: (i) use our trademark in a misleading or disparaging way; (ii) use our trademark in a way that implies we endorse, sponsor or approve of your services or products; or (iii) use our trademark in violation of applicable law or in connection with an obscene, indecent, or unlawful topic or material.

Queries to the Best Buy Products API must include an “LID” value. Your LID may also be referred as your LinkShare Affiliate Tracking Code, Affiliate ID, Rakuten Affiliate Network ID or Encrypted ID. Your LID is an 11-character alphanumeric code that can be found by going to your Rakuten Publisher Dashboard and then clicking Get Link. Your LID is used by the Best Buy Products API endpoint to generate the value in the linkShareAffiliateUrl and the linkShareAffiliateAddToCartUrl attributes. When the linkShareAffiliateUrl or the linkShareAffiliateAddToCartUrl is used by a customer (and all other criteria met) an Affiliate will get the appropriate credit for the sale.
