Ticketfly will pay Affiliate the Referral Fees on a rolling basis through the Shareasale Network, on the 20th of each month following a qualified transaction. Ticketfly pays Shareasale for the Referral Fees earned on Qualified Transactions that were purchased during the month, less any taxes that Ticketfly is required by law to withhold. Shareasale disburses the Affiliate’s commission payments. Affiliate may track the number of Qualified Transactions and associate Referral Fees through Shareasale’s Affiliate Reporting interface. Ticketfly does not make any guarantee of a minimum amount of business or that Affiliate will earn any amount of Referral Fees under this Agreement.

Copyrights and Trademarks. MA shall protect copyrights, tradenames, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets and other confidential proprietary rights and information of Company and its affiliates and report promptly any infringements or suspected infringements of which MA becomes aware and to cooperate fully with Company in its efforts to protect its copyrights, tradenames, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets and other confidential proprietary rights and information.
Amendment; No Waiver. We may update and change any part or all of this Agreement, including by replacing it in its entirety. If we update or change this Agreement, the updated Agreement will be made available to you via the Affiliate Tool and we will let you know by email. The updated Agreement will become effective and binding on the next business day after we have notified you. When we change this Agreement, the "Last Modified" date above will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent version. We encourage you to review this Agreement periodically.  If you don’t agree to the update, change or replacement, you can choose to terminate as we describe above. No delay in exercising any right or remedy or failure to object will be a waiver of such right or remedy or any other right or remedy. A waiver on one occasion will not be a waiver of any right or remedy on any future occasion.
Filtering through offers is simple thanks to the intuitive interface and you’ll be able to filter them by categories and sale prices. One nice feature that ClickBank offers is the ability to view rebill totals, so you can avoid products that are continually returned by buyers. This is a priceless feature that allows for the maximization of revenue.
Affiliate shall not use, procure, bid on, or otherwise arrange for a Sponsored Link (defined below) on any Internet search engine, portal, sponsored advertising service or other search or referral service (a “Service”) which Sponsored Link uses or includes the terms “Ticketfly,” “Ticketfly.com,” or any other trademarks, trade names, service marks, corporate names, or other similar general intellectual property right owned or licensed by Ticketfly or any parent, subsidiary, or other affiliate of Ticketfly.
Use of Links. If you qualify and agree to participate as an Affiliate, we will make a variety of graphic and textual links available to you (each referred to herein as a "Link" or collectively, as the "Links"). The Links will serve to identify your website as a member of the Affiliate Program and will establish a link from your website or e-mail to FatCow’s website. You agree to cooperate fully with us in order to establish and maintain such Links. You further agree that your use of the Links must be in compliance with this Agreement at all times. FatCow may modify the Links from time to time in its sole discretion. You will not use graphic or textual images (indicating a Link) or text messages to promote FatCow that are not approved in advance by FatCow. All Affiliate Sites shall display the Links prominently in relevant sections of their website. Furthermore, you agree not to use cookie stuffing techniques that set the affiliate tracking cookie without the Referred Customer's knowledge (e.g. iframe). Any information with respect to FatCow that is going to be displayed on the Affiliate Site must be preapproved by FatCow in writing.
The term of this agreement will begin upon HomeNav’s acceptance of Affiliate’s Website in the Affiliate Marketing Program and Affiliate’s acceptance of this agreement and will end when terminated as described in this agreement. Either HomeNav or Affiliate may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other at least five days’ written notice of termination. Affiliate is only eligible to earn commissions on sales occurring during the term of this agreement, and commissions earned through the date of termination will remain payable only if open orders are not canceled. HomeNav may withhold final payment for a reasonable time to ensure against cancellations.
As Todd Crawford of Impact Radius puts it: “Marketers will need to monitor their vendors and partners for compliance with the GDPR. Vetting relationships will be extremely important, as well as ensuring that each party and your company have the appropriate consents and disclosures concerning collection, tracking, and processing personal data of your customers. Intelligent tools will be key for monitoring the types and treatment of covered data. As 2018 nears, it is essential to ask your vendors and partners whether they are or will be compliant by the May deadline, and to provide supporting details concerning their compliance efforts.”
11.7. Equitable Relief. The parties agree that any breach of either of the party's obligations regarding trademarks, service marks or trade names, confidentiality, links or the removal of links, and/or user data may result in irreparable injury for which there may be no adequate remedy at law. Therefore, in the event of any breach or threatened breach of a party's obligations regarding trademarks, service marks or trade names, confidentiality, links or the removal of links, and/or user data, the aggrieved party will be entitled to seek equitable relief in addition to its other available legal remedies in a court of competent jurisdiction.
The Affiliate marketing concept is simple: Brands hire affiliates, who may be bloggers, publishers, or other companies, to promote a product or service using their own blogs, websites, or social media channels. Affiliates are paid a share of any sales or a commission resulting from their efforts. Compensation for affiliates may also take the form of incentives, discounts, one-time offers, or giveaways.
8.1. You are free to promote your own web sites, but naturally any promotion that mentions Merchant.com could be perceived by the public or the press as a joint effort. You should know that certain forms of advertising are always prohibited by Merchant.com. For example, advertising commonly referred to as "spamming" is unacceptable to us and could cause damage to our name. Other generally prohibited forms of advertising include the use of unsolicited commercial email (UCE), postings to non-commercial newsgroups and cross-posting to multiple newsgroups at once. In addition, you may not advertise in any way that effectively conceals or misrepresents your identity, your domain name, or your return email address. You may use mailings to customers to promote Merchant.com so long as the recipient is already a customer or subscriber of your services or web site, and recipients have the option to remove themselves from future mailings. Also, you may post to newsgroups to promote Merchant.com so long as the news group specifically welcomes commercial messages. At all times, you must clearly represent yourself and your web sites as independent from Merchant.com. If it comes to our attention that you are spamming, we will consider that cause for immediate termination of this Agreement and your participation in the Merchant.com Affiliate Program. Any pending balances owed to you will not be paid if your account is terminated due to such unacceptable advertising or solicitation.
There are three main types of affiliate ads: pay-per-click, pay-per-lead, and pay-per-sale. Each of these affiliate ad types has one thing in common. They are all performance based — you don’t earn money until your readers perform an action such as clicking on a link or clicking on a link and then purchasing the product on the page to which the link takes them.

Shopify has three different account types as well as standalone third-party products like themes and apps. Commissions are paid for sales of any of these products, including users who sign up for a 14-day free trial and then convert to a paid account. Shopify also has a wide range of blog posts, webinars, and video tutorials that can be linked to with the standard commission paid on any sales that are generated.
Disputes: Affiliate has access to FatCow's real-time Affiliate Program statistics and agrees to file any disputes within forty-five (45) days after the end of the month in which the sale or event that is disputed occurred. Disputes filed after forty-five (45) days of the date on which the disputed sale or event occurred will not be accepted by FatCow and Affiliate forfeits forever any rights to a potential claim.
eBay Partner Network, which is eBay's in-house affiliate network, offers publishers and developers a way to earn commissions for driving buyers to make purchases on eBay. eBay Developers Program members, using eBay's APIs to power buying applications, can also join the eBay Partner Network for the potential to earn money for referring traffic to eBay. Some eBay APIs, such as the Finding API, support affiliate tracking, which is necessary to identify the traffic you drive to eBay. For example, when you submit a search request with the Finding API, using your affliate information, such as a tracking ID, the URLs for the eBay site in your response include tracking information. When buyers follow these URLs to eBay and make purchases, you earn commissions.
